This project features the development of a zero-lot-line residential subdivision in Cross Creek Township, Fayetteville. Work includes grading and erosion control, installation of approximately 1,200 feet of water line, 1,050 feet of sanitary sewer main, and 980 feet of storm drainage pipe with associated precast structures. The project scope also provides for 1,300 feet of curb and gutter and 1,150 feet of asphalt roadway to serve the subdivision. Additional elements include stormwater management facilities, ADA-compliant sidewalks, and site restoration measures to stabilize disturbed areas.
