Lexington Apartments

This project features the complete site development for a new multi-building apartment complex along U.S. Highway 401 and Scull Road in Hoke County. Work includes grading and erosion, construction of paved access drives, parking lots, and concrete sidewalks, and installation of on-site utilities. The scope also includes over 1,200 linear feet of 8-inch public water main, 1,000 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, and a storm drainage network consisting of 12- to 36-inch HDPE pipe, catch basins, and detention facilities. Additional work consists of curb and gutter, fire line and hydrant assemblies, ADA compliant ramps, landscaping, and full site stabilization.
