Starz Gas Station

This project features the complete site development for a new gas station and convenience store along U.S. Highway 401 in Hoke County. Work includes approximately 700 feet of 30” curb and gutter, 644 feet of 4” concrete sidewalk, and 240 square yards of 6” concrete driveway/sidewalk. The project also includes installation of 683 feet of 15” storm pipe, multiple catch basins and drop inlets, and associated storm drainage profiles. Additional work consists of sanitary sewer extensions, water service connections, and stormwater detention facilities, along with paved access drives, parking areas, ADA-compliant ramps, erosion control measures, and site restoration.
