Woodlake II Phase 2

This project involves full civil site construction for a new residential subdivision in Hoke County, including grading, utilities, and roadway infrastructure. Work consists of mass earthwork and fine grading to establish building pads and road subgrades; erosion and sediment control per NCG01 standards; and installation of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer mains with associated manholes, 8-inch DIP water mains with valves, fittings, and hydrant assemblies. Storm drainage improvements include reinforced concrete and HDPE piping ranging from 15” to 36”, catch basins, and flared end sections designed for regulated discharge into downstream channels. Additional work includes curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, NCDOT-compliant asphalt paving, stormwater detention construction, and final stabilization per Hoke County subdivision and utility specifications.
